Interior pictures of my listings are available within hours after taking the listing. Clients love the ability to let buyers, sellers, and friends anywhere in the world see the house they are selling or buying. My affiliation with Windermere enhances my Internet presence via their mega site windermere.com  All properties in the area are available there and can be found via Windermere’s excellent home search. Windermere’s site can even email buyers when houses that meet their criteria come on the market. All my listings are linked to my home page and my email mailbox. The Internet provides excellent exposure for sellers’ properties and a convenient method of research for buyers. Virtual tours/interior photos of properties are available.
